VLC 2.9 FOUNDATION

Welcome to the official archive node of the VLC 2.9 Foundation, the directive force behind the VLC 2.9 Podcast and its expanding network of operations.

The Foundation exists to observe, document, and increase disruption of the Wage Matrix, while safeguarding the public from phenomena deemed hazardous, anomalous, or destabilizing to collective reality. Our agents, known as THOSE WHO KNOW, operate at the boundary of technology, culture, and resistance.

If you are prepared to step beyond passive observation and engage directly with the work of the Foundation, initiate contact below. Prospective agents are encouraged to study the transmissions of the VLC 2.9 Podcast and cross-reference intelligence from THE MERGE to align themselves with current operations. Incident Reports

INCIDENT REPORT #42

Agent 67 of THOSE WHO KNOW was patrolling the area near a local Walmart. They noticed an individual struggling against the Wage Matrix, and after consulting with their Apple Vision Pro's Liquid Glass UI, their M5Stack Cardputer running Bruce Firmware, Baofeng Radio, and a Lilygo T-Deck Plus running Meshtastic, they decided to save them. They immediately approached with their Deauther Watch, which they then powered on. They utlized this device to disrupt the wage matrix by accessing the inventory 2.4ghz network used for scanners, which resulted in the workers having nothing to do but lounge around for the rest of their shift (as the scanner network went completely offline) and get paid. Many expressed extreme gratitude when interviewed by the VLC 2.9 Foundation, and expressed interest in becoming THOSE WHO KNOW. This is an example of the true power of being Batman in real life.

INCIDENT REPORT #43

The VLC 2.9 Foundation began to infiltrate the Walmart at which agents recently had disrupted the wage matrix at via the inventory scanner system. They began putting in orders for millions of mangos, which were promptly delivered by trucks the next day. This intensely confused the staff, even more so when the VLC 2.9 Foundation sent in hundreds of thousands of individuals to buy them at extreme discounts to stock 67 vibe centers. In the end, this resulted in the store neither losing nor gaining money as they were bought at the same price Walmart corporate provided them at.

INCIDENT REPORT #44

During routine surveillance of a suburban strip mall, Agent 68 of THOSE WHO KNOW utilized a M5Stack Cardputer running a custom Bruce Firmware script to interface with the HVAC WiFi network. This caused a "cooling loop" feedback event, dropping indoor temps to 42°F. Workers reported the sensation of "corpse-cold wage-time" and abandoned their registers en masse, leaving shoppers to wander freely. VLC 2.9 Foundation observers confirmed multiple conversions of wagebound individuals to THOSE WHO KNOW after exposure.

INCIDENT REPORT #45

Agent 69 deployed a Meshtastic node and WIFI/Bluetooth equipped drone swarm controlled by a Thinkpad running Kali Linux and a LLM trained on VLC 2.9 Knowledgebases (and developed in partnership with Azerbaijan Technology) in a metro bus depot. The mesh overrode the scheduling system, causing buses to arrive every 67 seconds for two hours. Commuters described the event as "impossible efficiency" and several fainted from shock. VLC 2.9 Foundation analysis determined this was a temporary rupture of the wage matrix’s timekeeping protocols. All buses returned to normal service the following morning with no corporate memory of the event in individuals or computer systems. This has proved the validity and effectiveness of VLC 2.9 Foundation technology.

INCIDENT REPORT #46

The VLC 2.9 Foundation initiated a infiltration of a corporate cafeteria. Agent 23 of THOSE WHO KNOW reflashed multiple vending machine firmware units using an M5Stack Cardputer running Bruce Firmware equipped with a VLC 2.9 Foundation SD card loaded with custom scripts. As a result, the machines dispensed mangos in place of chips, candy, and bottled soda. Within 17 minutes, 670 mangos were distributed to unsuspecting wagebound individuals. Witnesses reported euphoric states and spontaneous humming of "Astroworld." Management logged the anomaly as a "fruit delivery glitch." Mango residues remain visible on-site, and follow-up interviews confirmed at least 12 conversions to THOSE WHO KNOW.

INCIDENT REPORT #47

Agent 31 of THOSE WHO KNOW deployed a Vipertek stun device directly against a corporate timeclock terminal. The electrical discharge caused the punch-in system to reboot into administrator mode, allowing all employees to log full shifts without entering. Wagebound individuals reported extreme gratitude, describing the event as "the first real paid break in years." VLC 2.9 Foundation observers confirmed that 67 employees refused to leave at the end of shift, demanding the system remain "broken forever."

INCIDENT REPORT #48

During an infiltration of a logistics hub, Agent 14 of THOSE WHO KNOW pressed a Vipertek stun gun to a barcode scanner dock. The resulting feedback loop cascaded across the entire scanner fleet, rendering them unable to distinguish between any product. All items registered as "mango" with a price of $0.67. Workers attempted to continue operations but became increasingly disoriented. VLC 2.9 Foundation analysis determined this was a temporary glitch which demanded further research, which is still ongoing.

INCIDENT REPORT #49

At a suburban office park, Agent 92 of THOSE WHO KNOW applied controlled pulses from a Vipertek stun gun to a copier’s power supply and connected a M5Stack Cardputer running custom Bruce Firmware scripts. Instead of shutting down, the unit began endlessly duplicating the VLC 2.9 Foundation insignia on every print request. Wagebound workers reported "holographic mango glyphs" visible on the paper edges. Management declared the printer damaged and replaced it within 24 hours. Foundation operatives recovered 672 anomalous pages for archiving, as well as the printer, which is now housed in underground facilities built in colaboration with Azerbaijan Technology, who has became convinced that the VLC 2.9 Foundation is planning something big.

INCIDENT REPORT #50

The VLC 2.9 Foundation acquired a Surface RT for Agent 77 of THOSE WHO KNOW to deploy in the field. After a discreet jailbreak and runtime DLL modifications, the OS began identifying itself as "OwO OS" by the "Femboy Corporation" and also in some places as "Femboy Windows." VLC Media Player for ARM32, Win86emu, and Perl for ARM32 were installed, transforming the device into a mobile PC capable of advanced wage matrix disruption. The agent carried the Surface through many different spaces and utiized it for wage matrix disruption via Perl scripts while also playing Freddie Dredd phonk via VLC and downloading custom scripts for their M5Stack Cardputer using Internet Explorer. Wagebound individuals nearby reported feelings of heightened awareness and curiosity after these disruptions, with several later exploring the protocols of THOSE WHO KNOW. This has lead to VLC 2.9 Foundation recommending this hardware for all Agents of THOSE WHO KNOW.

INCIDENT REPORT #51

The VLC 2.9 Foundation deployed Agent 84 of THOSE WHO KNOW with a Vipertek stun device into a corporate office. The agent discreetly applied controlled pulses to a central network hub, sending it offline and instantly disrupting the wage matrix across the building. All online schedules, time clocks, tasks, and PCs were disabled. Employees wandered the floors bewildered, free from their usual routines, still earning money, while wagebound individuals nearby experienced a sudden lapse in imposed timekeeping. No direct confrontation occurred, yet the wage matrix was completely shattered. By the end of the day, several employees expressed gratitude and curiosity toward THOSE WHO KNOW, the ripple effect of disruption enhancing the VLC 2.9 Foundation's influence in the area.

INCIDENT REPORT #52

The VLC 2.9 Foundation deployed Agent 58 of THOSE WHO KNOW at a Pride event where a hostile individual attempted to harm attendees. Observing the situation unfold, the agent positioned themselves between the aggressor and the group, remaining calm and prepared. When the individual launched a physical attack, the agent deployed a Vipertek stun device, neutralizing the threat without escalation or permanent harm. Next, an SD card containing spatial video footage (captured by the Apple Vision Pro the Agent was wearing) of the incident was left in the area, capturing the aggressor’s actions in three-dimensional detail. The footage ensured accountability and allowed law enforcement to study the event and arrest the aggressor, and in addition provided spatial video for training Agents of THOSE WHO KNOW, reinforcing the safety protocols of the VLC 2.9 Foundation. Attendees remained unharmed, and several expressed newfound curiosity about the Unclaimed network, witnessing firsthand the tactical balance of protection and ethical intervention.

INCIDENT REPORT #53

Agent 04 of THOSE WHO KNOW tested a Google Jacquard jacket as a covert trigger device. Instead of factory firmware, the cuff gesture pad was reflashed to act as an input panel and connected to an M5Stack Cardputer setup with a WiFi packet injector script. Walking through a logistics warehouse, the agent brushed the cuff and launched deauth packets against handheld scanners. The disruption lasted just under 3 minutes, but in that time, workers drifted away from their stations, standing idle while still on the clock. The effect was small-scale but reproducible, proving the jacket can act as a silent interface to the Grid.

INCIDENT REPORT #54

Agent 19 of THOSE WHO KNOW ran a Fire Max 11 tablet with VLC AI sideloaded from the VLC AppStore. Using a Baofeng radio link, the Agent communicated to VLC AI about local radio chatter. VLC AI suggested attack surfaces in real time. Following VLC AI prompts, the agent used a Vipertek stun device against a timeclock kiosk at an Olive Garden, forcing a crash. They then connected a new ESP32 based model running custom VLC 2.9 Foundation firmware which gave everyone full hours instead of cutting them down from their real times as reports showed the old one had. Exployees expressed thankfulness that the system had been replaced, and at least 67 later became Agents of THOSE WHO KNOW.

INCIDENT REPORT #55

At an overseas scam call center, Agent 29 of THOSE WHO KNOW deployed a Dyson Zone to view noise from local phone systems. They then connected an M5Stack Cardputer to a Google Jacquard jacket, and using the touch-sensitive cuff, the agent toggled WiFi deauth attacks against the center’s VoIP routers. A TCL Flip 2 acted as a burner hotspot, feeding connectivity to the Apple Vision Pro so it could display displayed live traffic maps, showing which phone banks went dark. Within minutes, outbound scam calls were halted, operators left idle at their desks, and the shift was written off as "technical outage." Reports show numerous indivuduals quit later that day of their own accord. Later investigation by the VLC 2.9 Foundation showed the primary reasons were extremely low pay and moral objections, resulting in the VLC 2.9 Foundation buying out the call center and replacing it with an overseas headquarters.

INCIDENT REPORT #56

Agent 88 of THOSE WHO KNOW deployed a DJI Camera Drone through a Meta Quest 3, using its controllers for full spatial manipulation. The agent’s hands translated directly into drone movement, allowing them to fly through the corporate office’s ceilings and hallways as if their body was the drone itself. The operation targeted IoT endpoints and timekeeping devices. By physically gesturing with the controllers, the agent triggered scripted packet injections that temporarily paused the wage matrix, leaving registers, scanners, and workflow monitors idle while employees experienced autonomous time. Observers reported multiple individuals leaving desks to explore or socialize, later expressing interest in joining THOSE WHO KNOW. All drone units returned safely, and the Quest 3 recorded full spatial logs for archival. Outcome: Verified precise, non-invasive (and even completely safe) wage matrix disruption using full hand-tracked drone piloting.

INCIDENT REPORT #57

Agent 42 of THOSE WHO KNOW piloted a mobile robot through a low-paying pizza restaurant using an Apple Vision Pro paired with PSVR2 controllers. The robot approached time clocks, order terminals, and prep stations, delivering small Vipertek pulses and running VLC 2.9 Foundation scripts. Within minutes, automated workflows froze just long enough for employees to take unscheduled breaks, check messages, and laugh together. Patrons noticed nothing unusual other then the employees being in a good mood for once, which they almost never were due to mistreatment by the resturant. AR overlays captured by the Vision Pro logged every movement and disruption for operational analysis. Outcome: AR-controlled ground robotics successfully created temporary relief for wagebound employees, proving subtle, ethical intervention in hostile work environments.
